Pandori Print Gamesでは、今後作成するボードゲームについてはAIアートを使用しません。
過去作成したNereus・Hack-s-tickerは、2022年にAI画像生成サービス(Midjourney)を採用しており、利用前に規約の確認をし、当時は問題無いと判断して採用しました。作成したゲームそのものを否定するつもりはなく、私自身とても愛着を持っております。
ただ、イラストレーターの方のお仕事を軽視するつもりは絶対になく、右も左も分からなかった当時とは異なり、何を大事にするか柱をもって活動すべきと考えています。よりたくさんの方に納得して遊んで頂き、楽しんで頂くためにも今後製作するものは、イラストレーターさんに御願いをすべきという考えに至っております。そのため、今後作成するボードゲームについてはAIアートを使用しません。過去作についても再生産をする際は、アートワークについては一新の上対応とすることを前提とします。
なお、上記はあくまでPandori Print Gamesとして活動するぱんどりのスタンスです。他の方の選択について私が言及する事はありません。

At Pandori Print Games, we have decided not to use AI art for board games we will create in the future.
Our past creations, Nereus and Hack-s-ticker, adopted AI image generation services (Midjourney) in 2022. Before utilizing these services, we reviewed the terms and deemed them acceptable. This decision does not mean we reject the games we have created. On the contrary, I hold a deep affection for them.
However, it was never our intention to undermine the work of illustrators. Our perspective has evolved from our early days of not fully understanding the implications to now believing that acting with clear values is crucial. We should commission illustrators for our future projects to ensure that a broader audience can enjoy and feel satisfied with our games. Therefore, we will not use AI art in our board games from now on. We plan to refresh the artwork for any reprints of our past games.
It is important to note that the stance mentioned above is specific to Pandori Print Games and my approach as Pandori. I do not intend to comment on the choices made by others.
